....and found this extremely helpful and informative. I am a Reborn Christian Minister and this "eChurch" is my physical e-building for all my intents and purposes. As to USA laws that apply - I will leave that to those that are that. I am not, though I believe the "Founding Fathers" of the US Constitution intended all Americans to be intellectually intelligent enough but may request the "Assistance of Counsel" (lawyer) as a right when this is not enough. PLESE READ ENTIRETY...
 
It is inferred however in the following ..... ""Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;...." .... that the establishment of religion is above the Law and not under it - quite obviously, or to say we are a Republican Form of Government. I see it prudent to understand that any establishment of religion being American citizens therein have also agreed to the adoption originally of the US Constitution as Law of the Land and know they are quite subject to all laws therein as in the majority or unanimous vote of acceptance by the existing Americans of the day of the which in our entire history there has not been any great disagreement in majority that our Law of the Land is unfair or should be dismissed. In other words, basically, all Americans after the first generation in all our generations as Americans would agree in majority or unanimously to the adoption and acceptance to the US Constitution as Law of the Land and we are therefore under its Laws as Citizens regardless of the free exercise thereof in the establishment of religion. The priest of the establishment of religion in Christian Faith understands being the laborer is worthy of his hire. This apparently remains in Law as protected and unchanged in Amendment.
 
That being said, I am an SSI DI 100 Percent since April 1990. Any monetary help is therefore reportable immediately. Here, I think it burdensome to for instance place a PayPal Donate Button up being legally registered as to continually report this like $5.00 at a time (USD) scenario to make the point. So, the minimum donation I will accept is that that would "buy off" my benefits in the original amount accorded me under Law before Referee recommended which was set at "approximately $750,000.00...". A continual legal "spend down" of even 1,000 at a time, again, is just to annoying and impractical even physically for myself. I also invoke of the common Christian establishment of religion in America the teaching of "you have been freely given - freely give" meaning the Teachings.
Being therefore "tax exempt" already as an SSI DI 100 % (lifelong) for those benefits - I suffice that as common donations not accepting more. In other words for a True Contributor here, let them be sober enough to begin at 1,000,000.00. This too I would assign in reality as under a gift tax as a personal gift I believe it is called and may be a reconciliation by the guilty, under oath admittedly, parties even of my sustained disability and in those circumstances occurring if ever is how I would conduct my affairs at that time dismissing all else, as the contributor receiving their Blessings from God for that unique gift of freewill offering - as Jesus Christ Himself forbade not to pay taxes in instance - as History recorded in the Authorized King James Holy Bible that Caesar's Rome was more righteous than sinning Israel as their over lords according to the warnings and Intents of the Will of God as a tributary government over sinning Israel of the day and therefore "the worker is worthy of his hire". Today this is not a consideration for those dismissed components known as the Beast and the False Prophet as is taught here by simply reading the Bible. These indeed intend war against God and therefore are not of His sanction and are stated as unworthy.
 
Two points in short are that I agree with what is perceived as the Interpretation of the USA Attorney General after the 911 terrorist attacks concerning the arrest and imprisonment and the great listing of that involved needing lawful dismissal even under Writ Suspension as to....
"...The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. ..."
.....or plainly "spare me the details" of some 'Mein Kempf' encyclopedia of treasonous sedition by the guilty as claim of testimony before assumed punishment ensuing.
 
In the same vein a "nickel and dime me to death" of like $5 increment donations here would be more burdensome to the State then is reasonably acceptable being an SSI DI individual bound by the Law and rules of same as inordinately costing more than the actual help offered. A "Freewill Offering" as part of God's Law is just that - of the heart - so that in sobriety the same may do here hopefully without expecting fanfare. The Blessings are clearly defined. This type religious freewill offering would relieve the State as well and is hope. "They shall submit themselves with silver...".
